I am just writing to say a big thank you for the important part you played in my passing the ADI part 3 exam first time.
When I first looked for an ADI I tried to locate a grade 6 instructor but was unable to find one in my geographical area so I settled for a grade 5. Although he was a decent instructor I felt there
was something lacking so I continued to search for a grade 6 and that was when I came across your website. From the first lesson I was able to notice the difference in the quality of the instruction.
What was immediately clear to me was that you had spent a great deal of time studying the ADI syllabus and core competencies and finding out exactly what they meant in practical terms. Having
read the Driving Instructors' Handbook and feeling totally lost by their very dry, theoretical interpretation of the syllabus, it was a great weight off my mind to have it all broken down for me so simply.
Your in-depth understanding of the syllabus and your ability to explain it to your students also fed through in the clarity with which you explained the material. All of your answers to my questions
were relevant and unambiguous. This meant I was never left with any uncertainty about what I needed to do.
One of the biggest concerns I think for any student is having a good idea of what they will encounter during the exam. Here you excelled again by clearly demonstrating that you had spent a great
deal of time and effort liaising with examiners and sitting in on real tests to help you fully understand the exam process and what the examiners were looking for. As a result when I went for my part 3 I felt very relaxed and confident, because I knew what to expect and everything happened exactly as you said it would!
In addition to all I have mentioned above you have some great personal qualities which I think are well suited to the role of an ADI trainer, such as patience reliability and a sense of humour.
All of our lessons were conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which meant that I could get on with learning without worrying about making mistakes.
So once again, many thanks Milan for your dedication patience and support, and I wish you and your business every success in 2012 and beyond.

I was introduced to Milan through a relatives recommendation, and was I very pleased to meet him. I had trained independantly for my Part 1 and my Part 2, and was still not very confident at this stage. Milan teaches in such a way that you walk away feeling very confident. After paying Red Driving school more than 3 thounsand pounds i failed my 1st and 2nd attempt. I felt the training and support was not up to the standards required.
After just one training session with Milan i felt he had the knowledge and understanding and he has great way of teaching for me to pass this test and become a professional driving Instructor.

I had previously trained with BSM, and I think that I was confident that I was going to pass ADI Part 3 with the quality of its training. Therefore I decided to get a trainee license and I got extra lesson with Milan. I would seriously recommend Milan, because not only did he help me improve on my skills as an instructor, but he also guided me in a way to broaden my knowledge around the subject by recommended books, manuals and CD's. Today 21.09.11 is a culmination of my two-year period as I have passed my ADI part 3 test in LONDON BARNET; because of that happy event I would like to say a few comments to other trainees who read DITA & ONEWAY website.
I started my training with a different popular school where I received some basic training, but not enough support to reach high quality standard neither did I have a mentor who would lead me to success or at least show some personal interest. After failing on two attempts I found Milan.
During one to one sessions He filled the gap by displaying a lot of pupil centered approach, targeting weaknesses in my instructional techniques. It is really getting value for your money. If I found Milan earlier I would save half of the money and time invested in training, and my students would be happier as well.
His visual aids are quite up to expectations and especially the latest publication CORE COMPS is a revelation on the market, which within few weeks rose my standard to grades 5 on phase one and 5 on phase two, I got even a six for faults analysis. I will be developing my skills with Milan towards the check test, but for now I would like to express appreciation for his highly professional training. I think Milan should be called a 'professor'.

After months of hard work and training, I found myself in a situation where I had failed the Part 3 driving test twice and was now facing my final opportunity to pass. Obviously I was very anxious about this and wanted to find the best support available to ensure I passed the third time. I passed my Part 3 test on my first attempt, thanks to Milan. He is punctual and conducts himself in a very professional manner.
His advice and teaching style helped me understand the PST's.The resources available from him, especially the CD's are very helpful.
I contacted other Part 3 training instructors before coming to Milan. They asked for an advance sum of money, whereas Milan offers lessons on a pay as you go basis.

My training with milan at onewaytraining was the best thing i ever did, without it i would have never passed my part three, i was taught all the things that i wasn't taught with my training college.

I came to Milan after I had failed my first ADI part III test.
I was really struggling with the whole 'teaching someone to drive thingy', and I mean REALLY struggling.
Milan's cool guidance, expert knowledge and dedicated approach greatly improved both my competence and confidence. So now with my pupils I am trying to Aspire to the model set by Milan because I have full-confidence and respect for his teaching style.
I passed my Part III with a 5/4. As you know, having trained with one of the large national driving schools, I had failed the part 3 twice, once with a 2:2 and then with a 3:3, life was looking pretty bleak. I could not see the reasons for these failures and neither could my instructor.

I did only few hours with Milan. His personal approach made all the difference, opened my mind, and I passed easily.

I got a 4:5 today on the Emergency Stop and Progress and Hesitancy PST. The examiner said that it was an impressive role play on my part and I could have been looking at a six on the second section.
This was in no small part due to Milan’s valuable assistance on the Tuesday prior to the Part Three Test.

As requested here is a brief resume of my venture or should I say adventure, to become a driving instructor.
I started training with the instructor college in October 2007 with a 12 day residential course in Wolverhampton…
Too much information to take in! I passed my part one first time, self taught, the part 2 took three attempts, still mainly self taught.
I attempted to take part 3 on the advice of the instructor college and scored 2 - 3, what a learning curve.
More training with the instructor college and new driver school from Dorset, not very good totally confused then I came across Milan, had 12 hours training, two free lunches and a lot of good advice, took part 3 on 8th December 2008 & failed not deterred I rebooked straight away and re-sat the exam on 10th December 2008...............passed 5 - 4!

I found out about Mr Milan through Mr Baram Bordbari a colleague of mine from ABS Driving School, Mr Bordbari strongly recommended Milan to me to help me with my part 3 of ADI examination.
It was my final attempt and I was getting very stressed. My head was banging and getting fuzzy and fuzzier with all those information that I was reading through all those books, but finally with Milan’s help everything just made sense and life got much easier for me and things got in order.
Subsequently I went for my last attempt last week and it was pretty successful. I don’t know what I would have done without him, all those experience from work with help of one year extended trainee license and plenty of passes of my pupils was not enough to get me through the part 3 exam.
Thanks to Milan with all his effort and clarity of his work he just made my career going and I did not have to start all over again as I really even could not afford it.

I thought I'd let you know how much I enjoyed the part 3 training, I only wish I'd known about you from the start I can't explain how happy I was when I started to realise what it's really all about. I was so confused and seemed to be getting nowhere.
Having previously trained with some books and DVDs, which cost me a considerable amount of time and money, I was feeling totally demoralised and confused. When I began practicing role play for Part 3 with a family friend, I felt as though I was literally going around in circles, repeating the PST's and getting nowhere. I'm so thankful that I met Sam in Slough Test centre and he gave me your contact.
After my 1st session with you in Greenford, things started to fall into place and make sense. The instruction I received from you the support, encouragement and excellent training materials all helped to ensure a first time pass for me. I can honestly say that although I was nervous, I felt very confident before I took the test and was delighted to get a 4/4. You made it so simple and you really lifted my confidence for part 3. The journey to become an Approved Driving Instructor is not an easy one. Many candidates have fallen along the way through no fault of their own. They have failed in most cases because they were not properly trained.
